Häsi Bread (Del Rey / near Marina del Rey)

Häsi Bread is a buzzy LA sourdough bakery in the Del Rey/Mar Vista area (very close to Marina del Rey). They’re known for wild-fermented sourdough and their signature turmeric + butterfly pea flower loaves that come out with a distinctive yellow-and-purple/blue swirl. Besides the famous loaf, they also do pastries and café-style items (croissants, baguettes, ciabatta, cookies, etc.).
