Venice Beach Boardwalk

Venice Beach is one of LA’s most iconic “anything-can-happen” spots, best known for the Venice Beach Boardwalk (Ocean Front Walk) with nonstop street performers, murals, vendors, and people-watching. The boardwalk is about 2 miles and it’s considered the City’s busiest beach area.

Highlights: Boardwalk, Muscle Beach, Venice Skate Park, Venice Pier, and the bike path (easy ride to Santa Monica or Marina del Rey). Venice also has “Venice of America” roots tied to Abbot Kinney and the original canals.

Quick tips: Best photos at golden hour/sunset; for a calmer vibe go weekday mornings; keep an eye on your belongings.
