Universal CityWalk Hollywood (Universal City)

CityWalk is LA’s “entertainment strip” right next to Universal Studios, bright lights, big signs, lots of dining options, dessert spots, shopping, and a movie theater. It’s a great stop even if you’re not doing the theme park, especially at night.

Walk the promenade, people-watch, and try a few snacks/desserts.
Catch a movie at Universal Cinema (and potentially score cheaper parking).
Make it your “after 5pm” plan since parking drops a lot.

Entry: Free (you pay for food/shops/movies).
Evening (best atmosphere + lights), or after 5pm for cheaper parking.
