Watts Towers

The Watts Towers, located in Los Angeles, California, are a set of 17 interconnected sculptural towers made from steel, wire mesh, and mosaic tiles. Created by Simon Rodia over 33 years (1921–1954), they stand as a masterpiece of folk art and resilience. The tallest tower reaches 99.5 feet (30.3 meters), making it one of the most unique landmarks in LA. The site is now a California Historical Landmark and hosts cultural events.
