Korean Friendship Bell

The Korean Friendship Bell is a massive, beautifully decorated bronze bell housed in a stone pavilion in San Pedro, California. It was a gift from South Korea in 1976 to celebrate the U.S. Bicentennial and symbolize friendship between the two nations. Located at Angel's Gate Park, the site offers stunning ocean views and is a great spot for photography, picnics, and cultural appreciation. The bell is rung on special occasions, such as Korean Independence Day and New Year’s Day.
